Alan Davies has departed his role at the board of directors of Rolls-Royce as a non-executive director.
Davies joined the board on Nov. 1, 2015 and has been a member of the nominations and governance committee, the audit committee and the safety and ethics committee, Rolls-Royce reported Friday
“I am hugely grateful to Alan for the contribution he has made to the board,” said Ian Davis, chairman of Rolls-Royce.
