Thomas Naughton serves as a senior vice president at Maximus’ federal services subsidiary and holds responsibility over the business’ federal health portfolio.
He was most recently Maximus Federal Services’ subject matter expert in the development and enforcement of federal and state level health reform laws.
Naughton holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a master of laws from Loyola University School of Law and a Juris Doctorate degree from the State University.
