Peter Sacripanti, a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, and former Salesforce Chief Financial Officer Graham Smith have joined the board of directors at Citrix.
Citrix said Tuesday Sacripanti, chair of the executive committee of McDermott Will & Emery, will serve on the audit and finance committees of Citrix and Smith on the compensation committee.
“Both are highly accomplished business leaders with deep experience managing global enterprises,” said Bob Calderoni, interim CEO, president and executive chairman of Citrix.
Sacripanti is also a trustee fellow of Fordham University, a member of the Columbia University Medical Center board of advisers, chair of the Cardiac Council for the Columbia University Medical Center and a member of The Columbus Citizens Foundation.
Smith, a member of the boards of MINDBODY and Xero, previously served as CFO at Advent Software before he joined Salesforce.
He has also served as a director for Splunk since 2011.
