Mehdi Cherqaoui serves as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Phacil, where he oversees the company’s financial and administrative affairs.
He was previously the finance and mergers and acquisitions VP, and then corporate controller and VP of PAE from October 2012 to June 2015 before joining Phacil.
Prior to PAE, Cherqaoui served as senior director of financial planning and analysis at URS Corp.
He also was a mergers and acquisitions professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers and director of transaction services M&A at KPMG.
A certified public accountant, Cherqaoui holds a degree in finance and accounting from the Aix-en-Provence Institute of Technology in Aix-en-Provence, France.
